CME Group, the world’s leading and most diverse derivatives marketplace, today announced it reached a trading volume record for combined NYMEX WTI futures and options yesterday, December 8, of 1,841,295 contracts compared to the previous record of 1,772,232 contracts on August 31, 2015.
